House cleaning - When the house is being used by the owner, guests or tenants, this can be done daily, every three days or every week.
In addition to this service, a Laundry Service (ironing and folding), will be available.
Specialised cleaning of sofas, chimneys, fireplaces or other items which require the services of a specialised contractor .

Spring Cleaning - Once a year, a thorough cleaning will take place, including cleaning of furniture, cupboards, wardrobes, window blinds, curtains, pillows, mattress comforters, quilts and airing of mattresses.
Specialised repairs and maintenance will be carried out whenever they are necessary, as is the case with Property improvement services which require specialised technical assistance.
Swimming Pool Maintenance - Periodic maintenance management service.
Gardening Services - Fully integrated service tailored to the particular needs of the garden: from the planning of the landscape project, garden building and maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, planting of the lawn, to the simple supplying of earth and plants.
Upgrading and renovation projects - Specialised project planning and duties detailed in technical specifications of project work, in advance of requesting funds, to be used for upgrading and renovation works that the owner wants to make to their property.
Whenever the owner opts to hire the contractor directly, we will follow-up the supervision of the work.
Decoration and Interior Design - Full Support in furnishing and decorating the residence, including the supply and mounting of furniture and decorations (curtains, lamps, etc).
Chef at home - Catering service at the owner's property performed by a Chef.
Babysitting - With the support of specialised and duly qualified staff. For specific periods or for the whole stay
